PREPARING YOUR QUILT FOR QUILTING

Accuracy while creating your quilt top is the single most important part to ensure the best results of machine quilting. The top and backing must be square. The backing needs to be 4” to 5” larger than the quilt top on all 4 sides. If the backing must be seamed, please press the seam allowance
open. All threads should be trimmed to prevent showing through, especially on lighter fabrics.
